The Society of the Four Arts

Policy Regarding Commercial and Group Photography on the Grounds of The Society of the Four Arts

We welcome and encourage you to take pictures of our beautiful gardens during your visit to The Four Arts. However, if you are a commercial photographer who is interested in using the gardens for portraits, wedding or similar photography we ask that you first obtain permission. Beginning January 17, 2009, there is a $100 fee for commercial photography. Payment can be made by check, credit card or cash.

A photography permit can be downloaded here.

Photography clubs or classes whose intention is to photograph the gardens are exempt from this fee but please make arrangements in advance of bringing your group to The Four Arts. For more information, call (561) 659-8506.

Return the completed permit to The Society of the Four Arts by fax, mail or by visiting our offices Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our fax number is (561) 655-7233.

You must have a signed and approved permit with you while taking photographs on the grounds of The Society of the Four Arts, otherwise you will be asked to end your photography session and leave. Please check in at the library reception desk or with the security guard on duty, and present your approved photography permit.

NOTE: Photography for publication, catalogue use, promotion, advertising, or other commercial use is strictly forbidden unless prior arrangements have been made with the Marketing and Public Relations Department of the Society of the Four Arts.

For additional information, please contact Katie Edwards, Director of Marketing at (561) 655-7227.
