In this unique lecture series, Jeffrey S. Morton will provide an analysis of three topics facing the international community and American foreign policy makers: The rise of China, changes in Mexico, and the state of the world’s oceans. Each lecture will provide background information, state U.S. interests, and assess American policy options.

Dr. Morton is a Professor of World Politics at Florida Atlantic University, has lectured nationally on matters relating to U.S. foreign policy, is a recipient of the FAU Researcher of the Year Award, and is the 2019 FAU Distinguished Teacher of the Year.
