Douglas H. Ginsburg is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. After studying at the University of Chicago Law, he clerked for Justice Thurgood Marshall on the United States Supreme Court. Judge Ginsburg was a professor at the Harvard Law School, then Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. He is currently Professor of Law, Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and recently completed filming a three-part series on the Constitution, A More or Less Perfect Union, for broadcast in 2019-2020 PBS season.
