iPhone SE, 5-8s (with a Home Button): January 8, 9, and 10  from 1 to 4 p.m.

This workshop is for participants who have a physical home button on their iPhone. Please make sure you are using the latest available software, iOS 12. The new operating system will enhance your current phone, making it faster and more responsive.

 

iPhone (without a Home Button): January 15, 16, and 17 from 1 to 4 p.m.

This workshop guides those who DO NOT HAVE a physical home button on their phone.  This is the standard for all future iPhone models because the phones are designed to give you more screen space. They also use new types of hand gestures to access the apps and functionality of your phone. During this class, you’ll learn the most popular features, including FaceTime with multiple people, augmented reality, screen time, visiting websites, how to share your best photos, and how to protect your privacy (even when websites don’t).

 

iPad: January 29, 30, and 31 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Navigating your Mac: February 26, 27, and 28 from 1 to 4 p.m.

This class is designed to teach you how to easily customize your Apple computer for all of the programs you use. You’ll discover how the iCloud easily syncs all your important data and much more.

 

John J. Lopinot is a photographer specializing in nature and underwater photography, personalized photography instruction, and Apple computer instruction. He worked for Apple Computers and has taught more than 300 photography workshops. He has won more than 150 awards for his photography and newspaper design.
