Learn to Fly Drones! – Three Class Series
Programs presented by Fun2Discover.com are designed to provide students with hands-on STEAM learning projects. Some of the programs offered by Fun2Discover.com include astronomy and telescopes, drones, robotics, photography, and much more. These free classes are for children currently enrolled in second grade and above.
Learn to Fly Drones!
Learn how drones operate, watch expert pilots demonstrate basic and advanced flying techniques and fly a drone!
Participants will learn safe drone operation, the science and engineering behind drones, aerial drone photography, industrial drone applications and the future of drones in society. Every student will be able to apply what they have learned under close supervision of certified drone flight instructors.
The Learn to Fly Drones! program is a three-class series (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced). Please note two beginner classes will be offered in January.
Students will be expected to attend three classes. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion after the advanced level class in March.

Please do not bring your own drone to event. Drones will be provided to participants.

Ages: Second grade & up
Reservations accepted beginning Wednesday, December 8. Reservations must be made by phone by calling the Children’s Library at (561) 655-2776.
A parent or guardian must remain in the Children’s Library during the entire STEAM: Drone program.
