Join Palm Beach Daily News food writer Roberta Sabban, three top Palm Beach chefs plus several family-owned local purveyors for a lively program discussing worldwide trends and their constant quest for the finest ingredients.

Feb 12 – Fish, Seafood, and Produce at Chez Jean-Pierre – Tickets
With executive chef Guillaume Leverrier, Anthony Scalisi, Scalisi Produce, and Steve Gyland of Cod & Capers Seafood.

March 12 – Beef and Veal at Meat Market – Tickets
With executive chef Sean Brasel and Douglas Bush of Bush Brothers Provisions Company.

April 9 – The Fairest of Fowl and the King of the Coop at Renato’s – Tickets
With executive chef Javier Sanchez, Scott Sechler, owner Bell & Evans, and Douglas Bush, Bush Brothers Provisions Company.

Tickets: $125 per lunch

Reservations Required

Due to limited space, reservations are required for every program. 

Please note, no refunds for lectures are permitted. Exchanges or transfers for a lecture of equal value within a season are permitted on a case-by-case basis.
