The Society of the Four Arts is pleased to offer free field trip opportunities. The Four Arts Children’s Library offers programs and activities that can be customized for any school group and grade level.

Please note: The minimum number of students required for group reservations is 18. The Four Arts offers additional Transportation funding for The School District of Palm Beach County.

Ongoing Exhibition

No charge to attend.  Reservations are required.  Registration begins Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

This exciting exhibition features more than 60 works combining the creative poetry of Robert L. Forbes and the highly imaginative art work of Ronald Searle. The inventive and whimsical words of Forbes are insightfully illustrated with Searle’s joyful watercolor illustrations. Rich with color and fanciful detail, the drawings capture the spirit and essence of each poem. The delightful collaboration of these two artists invites the viewer to expand their imagination, creativity and appreciation of words brought further to life with illustration. The program can be customized for any grade level.

ESchool-District-Imageducational Note: This exhibit has been approved by The School District of Palm Beach County for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Standards: English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Visual Arts.

Palm Beach Symphony and The Society of the Four Arts present “Peter and the Wolf” – SOLD OUT

Peter and the Wolf

Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:15 or 11:45 a.m – SOLD OUT

No charge to attend.  Reservations required. School groups only.

School groups in Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to experience Sergei Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf,” a timeless masterpiece that is also one of the most internationally recognized pieces of children’s music. Ballet dancers, a narrator, and the orchestra bring the lovable characters to life. The concert helps students to develop an appreciation of live music and dance as it’s performed by professional artists. The Four Arts offers transportation funding for schools within The School District of Palm Beach County. Please inquire with your school bookkeeper or the Children’s Library.

Children’s Concert with the Aaron Diehl Trio

School groups in K-6th are invited to this special concert with Lincoln Center’s renowned Jazz pianist, Aaron Diehl. His trio (piano, bass, and drums) performs a jazz program that includes classical and improvisational songs. This special educational program is for school groups only.
