Rare Books and Special Collections Request Form

Upon receipt of your request we will contact you to schedule an appointment or gather more details regarding your request. We strive to respond within a week of the request date and will ask you to provide three dates/times you would be available. Appointment times are available Monday-Friday between 10:30am and 4:30pm.

Only one 2-hour appointment may be scheduled in advance. Only one item may be examined at a time. Requests to see multiple items will require separate appointments if you are unable to complete your review of them within the initial two hour time frame.
